Agua Nueva Agate Slabs

There are two distinct major agate deposits on the Rancho Agua Nueva in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. The last two seasons I assisted Gene Mueller in mining on the ranch we were at the ‘Agua Nueva’ claim which is a deposit of agate nodules. These slabs are from nodules mined at that time.
