AGATES III - Pages 582 & 583

These pages contain my story.  I did not play as large a role in Gene's mining as the text suggests but other than that I'm pleased.  Having a bio also lets us select a few favorite specimens to show.  The smallest image is the largest specimen, a full round of a very rare plume agate from Pioneer Mountain in Idaho.  Below is a specimen with realgar replacing stibnite in an agate from Trent. On the facing page is a rare blue Owyhee Picture Jasper and below it is another beauty from the discoverer of the deposit, Bruce Markus.  To it's right is a very delicate Cary Plume and below is a curious Biggs Jasper.
